Telecoms Traders is your trusted Used & Refurbished telecoms hardware partner – every secondary market item we sell is covered by a one-year certified warranty as standard. And because we are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified, we ensure that everything you buy from us is in full working order before despatch.

Free replacements
In the event you do run into problems, we will send a replacement immediately. And in the extremely unlikely occurrence that we can’t find a substitute in our 6 million+ inventory, you will receive a full refund instead.

Warranties for reconditioned units
Reconditioned units provide a cost-effective alternative to OEM spares – and every item we supply is covered by a 3-12 month warranty at no extra cost.

What to expect
In the unlikely event you have to return an item under warranty, Telecoms Traders will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We follow a standard process attempting to repair faults first – should that fail, you will be issued with a replacement, or a refund if we cannot source a suitable alternative.

For added peace of mind, any refunds will be credited at the original invoice value.

Although we are more than happy to replace faulty hardware we supply, we cannot assume responsibility for any loss or costs caused to your business.

Software licensing
Unfortunately, Telecoms Traders are unable to provide software licensing for equipment we supply. You will need to ensure that you obtain all relevant licenses from the vendor direct.

The Telecoms Traders warranty does not cover software-related issues – we strongly recommend that customers first check functionality before deploying units into a production environment.
